1. Take the Train to the station
2. Now take the S-Bahn S6 in direction "Ottobrunn"
3. The S-Bahn will take you directly to Ottobrunn, where you have to get off.
4. Now you have to walk for about 7 minutes until you reach the "Wolf-Ferrari-Haus".
